We normally despatch orders within 1 business day. The systems we have in place work well to keep you informed via email, on the progress of your order.
You can be assured your parcel will arrive in plain, good quality packaging which gives no indication of what's inside and is unbranded (no logos and no reference to 'ShagMonkey' on the outside of the parcel).
You can Login to your account to check the status of your order. If we are unable to dispatch your order immediately we will email you with an estimated delivery date. Typically this is within 2-5 days but we will let you know. If your order is more than 3 business days overdue please email us with your order number and we will look into it and get back to you ASAP (we strive to do so the same day).
Spam Filters can sometimes stop our emails getting through to you so if you haven't heard anything from us, please check your spam filters and your Junk and Deleted folders.
We offer free 1st class delivery on all orders to the UK.
Our stock room is open from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. During these times we usually despatch orders within 1 business day after payment has been made and update you by email. You should receive your order within 2-5 business days (highlands and islands might take a day or so longer).
If you order on the weekend you will receive an update on Monday morning.
The cost of international shipping will be shown at checkout.
All international orders over £49 are sent via ParcelForce Global Priority (signed for) and are insured. Orders under £49 are sent via Royal Mail first class post.
The buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes on international orders.
